Sharing login credentials, allowing un-enrolled parties to access the portal, replicating course modules, extracting streaming media, or uploading materials to peer-to-peer distribution networks is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of terms.
2.1 Security, Credential Integrity & Account Termination (Loss of Access)
Each user account inside the Thinkific learning portal is restricted to a single individual. Sharing login credentials, allowing un-enrolled parties to access the portal, or distributing materials is strictly prohibited. Verifiable proof of credential sharing - including dual logins from different geographic locations or simultaneous active streaming sessions from distinct IP addresses - constitutes a material breach of this contract.
Upon discovery of a breach, the user will immediately and permanently lose all access to the account, the learning portal, and all associated course materials. This account termination is permanent, will be executed without prior notice, and explicitly forfeits any rights to a financial refund. The user assumes full liability for all activities that occur under their specific login credentials.
To preserve intellectual property and enforce access integrity, the platform utilizes automated tracking via Thinkific analytics to monitor security indicators, including concurrent session logs, access device profiles, IP address location mapping, and progress completion data. Furthermore, because account sharing corrupts individual student metrics and exam analytics, any account flagged for concurrent-access anomalies immediately forfeits all rights to make a claim under the Section 3 "Pass with Confidence" Guarantee Policy.
3.1 Eligibility Scope & Financial Threshold
The "Pass with Confidence" Guarantee (hereafter referred to as "the Guarantee") applies exclusively to individual candidates who have purchased and gained access to the complete 7-course foundational curriculum at standard retail rates. This curriculum may be acquired via The CPMAI Exam Essentials Bundle, the comprehensive CPMAI Mastery System, or by purchasing the 7 foundational modules individually (à la carte). All transactions must be processed securely through our authorized third-party checkout partner, SamCart. The Guarantee is strictly voided for any purchases made using discount codes, promotional pricing, sales events, or any customized pricing that drops the total investment below the standard retail rates for these courses.
3.2 Core Completion Prerequisites (Proof of Effort & Timing)
The Guarantee is intrinsically bound to the foundational text-based learning curriculum required for certification. To qualify for a Guarantee claim, the student must achieve 100% verifiable completion of all lessons within the 3 core Study Guides and successfully achieve a passing score of at least 80% on all associated diagnostic exams within the 4 core Practice Tests. These 7 specific courses - which comprise the core foundational curriculum - must be fully completed and all passing test scores must be recorded in the learning portal hosted on the Thinkific platform prior to sitting for your official certification exam. Students who purchased the full 20-course CPMAI Mastery System are explicitly not required to complete the supplemental audio, video, or practitioner-level courses to qualify for the Guarantee.
3.3 Claims, Verification, and Performance Documentation
If an eligible student meets all prerequisites outlined in Section 3.2 but does not pass the official certification examination, a claim may be initiated. To successfully execute a Guarantee claim, the candidate must produce and submit an official, unaltered PMI-CPMAI™ Certification Exam score report or official results notification showing an unpassed result, received directly from the certifying authority. The platform reserves the right to audit all student platform analytics and submitted score reports for authenticity prior to verification.
3.4 Guarantee Fulfillment & Financial Remedy
Upon verified confirmation and processing of a valid Guarantee claim, DNA Digital Consultancy will provide a financial remedy equivalent to the standard, base official exam retake fee charged by the certifying authority at the time the claim is approved. This remedy will be executed as a direct monetary reimbursement or account credit, subject to standard support verification. This Guarantee is valid for a single (one-time) reimbursement for one retake of an examination per eligible candidate. This fulfillment is strictly limited to the base examination seat retake fee and explicitly excludes any subsequent testing attempts or ancillary charges, including but not limited to late registration fees, testing center upgrade fees, cancellation or rescheduling penalties, or optional organizational membership bundles.
3.5 No Retention Penalties / Account Access Status
Fulfillment or processing of a Guarantee claim will not result in account suspension or platform penalties. The candidate shall retain active, lifetime access to the complete digital asset library associated with their original purchase hosted within the Thinkific platform to facilitate ongoing remediation, review, and continuous examination retake preparation.
